The state condtending that AbbVie was bribing doctors with money, meals, gifts and services to prescribe the drug Humira. The injectable drugs is used to treat rheumatoid arthritis and other inflammatory conditions. With sales in 2017 over $12 billion with patients prescribed this drug whose medical conditions don’t warrant it’s use.
